Not quite. Rockabilly is stuff like Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis. Those are some of the bigger names, not really my cup of tea but they have some great songs for sure. I'd say it has a more Hillbilly influence than regular Country. Mind you, Country also spawned from Hillbilly music so there are similarities

Psychobilly is a mix of Punk and Rockabilly. Psychobilly is strictly non-political
