ESTROX - ESTROGEN INHIBITORS CAPSULES
Muscle weighs more than fat. Muscle mass is a handicap to swimming.
It is also unnatural.
(((You want those gains, right goy? Then take these estrogen increa- I mean inhibitors. Trust me, they're perfectly safe!)))
Larger than average muscle mass is a liability. It requires higher intake of calories to maintain, in a survival situation a smaller person will survive longer. Also your heart is strained as much by large muscles as it is by being obese.
You should emphasize strength over size, anyway.
To be honest? Yes. If shit ever goes down, we won't have enough food to support giant hunks of muscle. Those too muscular will either quickly loose all muscle, becoming depressed and hopeless, or die from malnutrition.
Being strong is good, but in rahowa it's better to be toned not 'super swole' because you will consume less calories. Look at the Wehrmacht, none of them were 'swole' but they were of course fit and healthy as one needs to be.
Body builders often kick off early, though some live into their 70's. Arnold is in his 60's. Jack LeLane lived into his 70's. Too much muscle mass will strain you're cardiovascular system if it's not kept on par.
I don't have any use for oversized muscles.Yesterday afternoon I've spared 2 hours for boxing excersise, man it hurts now afterwards
