How many of our goys from Austin are coming? Let's carpool. I'm on 290, directly enroute to College Station. I have a rather beat up F250 crew cab, which isn't the most comfortable, but it'll work if no one has a better ride. And I bought a white shirt that I don't care if it gets urine-stained.

Oh, I called the University and the smarmy little punk that answered was virtue signaling, but he didn't know much about this private event. Didn't know if tickets were required, didn't know if concealed carry was restricted, but he DID say the event is at Rudder Tower (401 Joe Routt Blvd 77840).

I'm trying to start a DS bookclub that can meet once a month in the Hill Country area. I'm thinking of organizing a meet up this weekend in Fredericksburg where we can meet for some food and drinks while honoring the 14 words.

I'll try to take an inventory of how many people might be showing up and plan something accordingly.

Our group mostly sticks around the 1-35 corridor from San Antonio to Austin, pulling people from seguin/luling and wimberley/canyon lake as well. Mainly inside this diamond shape here:

Fredericksburg is a ways out, but I can come and meet you, or me can meet halfway somewhere. I will tell you though, that until we get more members in your area, the vast majority of meetups are going to occur within this diamond shape.
