Gavroche (Flemish Red Ale) used to be my favourite beer to partake in, before it became very difficult to get in my area a few years back.
Got a couple bottles of Unibroue Grande Reserve (2013 & 2014 annual batches) aging in storage for future special occasions to share among friends (not really into beer anymore for boring dietary reasons, but I'm not one of those fucking puritans who can't handle it being around, either):

Nowadays I mainly drink this stuff, the fucking water of life (and priced like it's straight from the fountain of youth, but I don't mind), as an occasional aperitif (and I keep two bottles of quality bourbon - Knob Creek and Elijah Craig, for those interested - in the kitchen for the few people I respect enough to invite into my home.) :

Grappa - basically a brandy made from the leftovers (seeds, skins, etc) from the wine-making process.

First link I could come across that seems to give a decent description (in English, not very common in North America) re: that brand.

It's great both before and after a meal for digestive reasons, and it honestly gives me - on the rare times I'm absolutely fucking EXHAUSTED after a day's work - a renewed vitality with even just a half-shot that I've never had from another liquor. It's amazing stuff, the Italians know what the fuck they're doing when it comes to drink and food, I'll say that much.

If Total Wine is the kind of specialty store that carries Brandy and Pisco (Chilean brandy) in addition to regular wines, it should have at least one or two varieties of Grappa as well. I definitely can't find it at the Provincial Liquor Marts (very, very niche market in N.A. at present) in my area though, I do have to go to one specific specialty Wine/Brandy/Cigar outlet.
