yes, there are about 4-5 sites now that mostly list the feeds for new articles but we need something more comprehensive.

Are/were you familiar with the Shitlord Hub? (The present/past thing is because I'm not sure it's still in operation. Seems to be either hacked or gone.) I remember it being fairly comprehensive index of good alt-right sites, and didn't provide feeds from them. But I may be mistaken.

But, I agree that we need something even more comprehensive than just indexing alt-right sites.

I'm an old dog stuck on an old trick of mine: An alt-right wiki geared for on-boarding and best practices, not just a giant haystack of info.

I really need to take advantage of my time, my life has been useless and not have dedicated to study, I feel empty and become an ignorant spoiled, I maybe 2 hours of my day for general study of low level languages/encryption/keys/

It is very interesting and intelligent your proposal, if you are a strong leader and take seriously the project I'm willing to help, I can dedicate even 4 hours of my useless day, possess the basic knowledge of languages but I can enhance my knowledge in short time (know where to begin the studies)
I intend to study low level languages, because they offer deep control over absolutely everything in the machine/computer and can handle even the pixels of the screen, so Assembly or c/c language ideal for study. Here's an excellent channel for study of fun/enjoyable, you will watch a good programmer writing virus codes and reverse engineering virus codes!!

it's free, and it does everything that Photoshop does, but it's less intuitive, so there is a steeper learning curve. Also, blender does everything that the paid-for software does (and actually a ton more, such as Zbox type sculpting), but the user interface is very much different and much less intuitive than 3dS or Maya, for example. It's worth learning blender and gimp, since they are both free, everything you create it copyrighted to yourself without having to pay a licensing fee.
