Is there any way for Polish person to move to the US legally? I've heard that if I marry American guy I can work legally, but all this green card process seems to be very complicated. I live in the UK but have Polish passport. Natsee people here in the UK are such minority that I am losing hope for finding a husband. I just spoke to someone and he was talking about how Brexit is bad etc, how Trump is a puppet and how all these migrants on boats from Africa are only fleeing a war. I literally didn't even know how to talk with him, where to start. I am finding myself in a position of total inability to function in British society. Yes I know I can always go back to Poland but it isn't an option at the moment but this is another long story.

Yes it is. There are a dozen ways to move here. One is by marrying a US citizen. Another is the infamous H1B, the workers who replace American jobs at half the cost. Another is by being a "refugee". And 20 others. Each process requires a ton of research, paperwork, etc; and you could be rejected or delayed for filling out something incorrectly. Some people work years or decades to make it happen. Most of these need to happen via your local US embassy / consulate. If you come there with paperwork, they will do the required interviews, fingerprinting, etc. It is what it is.

Anything involving the US government is lengthy and complicated. But if you marry an American you would probably qualify to get a spouse visa. However it is a process that has been abused by mail order Asian brides who marry some pathetic loser.

It's paperwork. You get a visa first (K1 fiancée) that gets you in, saying you're ready to marry. They investigate to make sure it's not a sham marriage and to ensure y'all can support yourselves. Then you go to the US on the visa, and have 3 months to marry him. You send the marriage certificate and file to stay. They investigate again and potentially give you a green card. That needs to be renewed after a few years; or you can file for citizenship.

Many things can lead to a rejection and re-file at any step, but with enough research and preparation you can get through it. I had a coworker marry a nice Ukrainian, go through the process, and they already have two white babies.

You are very wrong. Yes I am 30 yo and I am in panic, but I look very young and I don't have a problem with attention at all. The problem is that I became wiser and can now recognize easier good guys and it is difficult to find someone decent.
