I think the question is what order did this footage take place in?
It's either that a Dodge sped down a road and crashed into a Toyota, then the Toyota hit a red minivan which then accelerated in panic running down a dozen or more people, or the red minivan hit a dozen or more people first, then a Toyota presumably slammed into it, then some seconds later this Dodge showed up.
The first footage I saw was the "drone" footage and it doesn't show a Dodge at all. It shows the Toyota and a red minivan that was doing the clobbering.
Then I saw this Rubinstein video that again doesn't show a Dodge.

which shows at least some of the action involving the Dodge but I think that stuff with the red minivan that you see in the alleged drone footage maybe had already happened.
There's another thread somewhere with a post indicating it may not be the kid's car, that it's a different Dodge than the one he is pictured with in presumably some social media post. Paintjobs/stripe patterns can be changed but the A-B the person posted wasn't the same car. This one in the last video, the windows are totally blacked out, can't see inside.
