Starting from January 2018, I'm going to have my own place, and I will have a lot more spare time to myself.
Im going to start focusing on muscle-building, bulking up, and improving my strength and fitness over-all (as should we all for the coming days).
At the moment, my diet isn't particularly regulated, and I pretty much eat what I want in moderation, as I walk quite a lot, and tend to burn off the bad stuff.
I'm looking to find relatively cheap and healthy foods to snack on and to have for lunches/dinners starting from next-January to compliment the work I'll be putting into the work-outs.
I know Whey Protein Powder is pretty necessary (I used to have it with milk), and Chicken/Eggs are really good, but any other ideas and suggestions would be great.
