Yeah, always been a preference. I find they stay less moist and don't fall apart as some larger cigars might if they're not in ideal conditions, but mostly it's a holdover from the days when I had to go into the office weekly to work - easier to finish a Montecristo Mini on a smoke break than a big ol Robusto... for me, at least - I really have to take my time with the larger ones, and for that (relaxing at home) I'd choose a tobacco pipe 9 times out of 10.

Big cigars are really a special occasion or private poker game with old drinking buddies kind of thing for me. Then again I've had friends who'd go through a can of Skoal a day, so to each their own.

I used to do some Copenhagen chewing tobacco, the loose packed stuff. Just never could get into it.

Same, I tried the occasional dip out hunting with this fellow and a couple of his buddies from outside the city, but it just wasn't for me.

What I've always wanted to give a shot is snuff, they stock it at the local Tobacconist I used to get my pipe tobacco and cigars from (nice, giant walk-in humidor - and they actually allow smoking inside, nice leather chairs you can sit down in and chat with fellow, well-dressed whites, cigar clubs twice a week, the whole lot; very rare for Canada, let me tell you) and I'm always tempted to pick up a tin. The idea of snorting a pinch of tobacco just makes me want to sneeze immediately, though. Still, one of those relics from an older era of humanity that I really want to give a shot at least once.

Never done the snuff stuff. I think my dad has, but he's strictly back to Copenhagen, but that shit is just too loose in my mouth. I'm terrible at packing it in my lip.

There is maybe a cigar club here at the local tobacconist, but when I snooped around it, there was just way too much star-fucking going on between the tobacconists that work there and rich pricks who came in and pretended to know what to smoke and drink. I recall some guy buying up and smoking Gurkhas (a universally hated stick) and shots of Johnny Walker Blue Label like it was going out of fucking style. Sort of a frat boy mentality I suppose.

Can anyone recommend a decent pipe lighter that is not IM Corona expensive? Specifically, one with an angled head so you aren't burning fingers to shoot a flame downward?
