Please RSVP now in the comments below if you plan to be at the Flying Saucer in Columbia tomorrow at 2pm. We had a lot of enthusiastic responses over 2 weeks ago, but I'm kind of thinking I might be the only one who shows up. Anyone still interested? I'm not going unless I see some confirmations, guys. I hope no one shows up and then blames me for standing them up! I'll check this around noon tomorrow before I make a decision to go, or not. It would be great to meet other DS'ers.

While it would be nice to meet locals, This day and age with set ups like people calling the media saying a White Supremacist group is meeting for coffee, ambush journalism, faces on the News, fed set ups. I think most folks are more cautious. The cause is probably better off if no one is personally connected to each-other, working independent of each other. You would be surprised at the unexpected drama that occurs with a small innocent meet up. Many times in the past in meet ups, someone wants to use the situation to get on the News, stir some shit, and just fuck it all up. No one appreciates it and it ruins any chance of Great Dialog. We have lowlifes who don't think, do drugs, and do just stupid shit. We have young bright youth who are truth seekers, looking for a community, and we have Professional Career College Graduates, who can't risk exposure. I can't stand the Hot Headed ones who have no discipline, act like Nigger thugs, do drugs, and are just White Trash. The Youth Truth Seekers and Professionals, athletes, family folk, the bedrock of the community are people I am interested in dialoging with. Publicly posted meet up locations are always a terrible Idea. I am sure if anyone met up they were under surveillance. People should meet up one on one in private, and be slowly introduced to others if something positive would spring from it. If you meet someone who is a bit too intense, stay away. If you meet someone who claims to have beat up a bunch of you know whos, stay away. If you meet anyone who is insane stay away. Be extremely vigilant, 80% or more of the people you will meet will be imposters, posers, or feds, hell bent on you spending some decades in lock up. I would even go so far as to say never become part of any organization. There really is no central movement. DS itself is a ZOG tool, This book Club thing is to get you out in the open for identification and set you up. Everything is underground now. Its leaderless resistance, its an idea not a movement. Too many people went to prison for nothing.

Take your black pills somewhere else. Already too many cowards in this nation and this org. is trying to strengthen and help build courage. If you don't like it, just keep that to yourself. Don't make others cowards too. We need social time. Nobody is going to jail. I'm in Easley area. I cannot meet in the state capital for anything. Just waiting for more upstate guys to show up here. Your post wasn't even necessary. Go away and fade away by yourself if that's your vision. We, however, have a different vision. Damn lone wolves!

I am in the Columbia metro area and I am very interested in meeting others that call this home. I believe this could be very positive in many ways, many of which have been previously mentioned in recent articles. For those who feel that this is somehow too risky, I would simply suggest we all follow advice already given regarding what to do, not to do, who to avoid, etc. As to the risk involved, I would say that it's a risk driving a car but it's worth it and necessary. I don't say this to minimize someone's concern but to put this into perspective. There are risks associated with this but what is the alternative? Read the book, "Gulag Archipelago" and take notice of the author's description of so many who were imprisoned and how they regretted not acting before and how they wished they had the chance to change that and do anything.
My job requires me to work every other weekend so I will be off September 3-4. I can meet just about anywhere around here that works for the group and on any weekend that I'm off.

I, too, was working this Saturday but should be free this coming weekend. Let's give it another go. I wholeheartedly reject the aversion to meetings. Real fellowship is the only way to develop a lasting esprit de corps. It's time to stand up and be counted, few though we may be.

Anglin's original suggestion was for a Saturday afternoon, and I see no reason to deviate. I also stand by the original suggestion of the Flying Saucer for this day and time: it should not be overcrowded; it offers larger tables and seating arrangements than are available in a conventional bar or coffee house (I am categorically opposed to the latter, for what it's worth); it is not a conventional restaurant either so there is no expectation that we each order a meal (though they have a sound menu) in order to occupy our seating; it offers an excellent selection of beers; and, I must add, the National Socialist movement began in the beer halls of Munich, and the quest for American independence began in the taverns of New England.

Shall we say 2PM at the Saucer on Saturday the 3rd?

Fellow Stormers from the Columbia metro area, are any of you planning on meeting on Saturday, Sept 3? It is now Friday evening and so far, I haven't seen any posts stating that they're certainly going to be there. I am still open to the last suggestion from PureDureSure that we meet on Saturday, Sept 3, 2pm at the Flying Saucer. About a month ago, there were a number of people who were pretty positive about the SBCs and I hope that is still the case. I think this is a great opportunity, brothers so let's all make the effort. Even if it's just a few of us, it's got to start somewhere.

People are meeting off-line, not putting out public info. Contact people via PM that you resonate with, exchange numbers talk a little, if everything seems ok , meet for coffee, a round of Golf, meet at a gym, tennis, racquetball, whatever. Don't be discouraged many people already have groups, close groups and are just looking to have some common social shared interests, make friendships first, have a great time. If you are an extremist, want to go into breaking the law, that sort of thing get lost, nobody wants anything to do with you and will report your ass. We are all grown up here, and this is just a book club, a social club. Just to make fiends with people you share common interests with. Thats all.
