There appears to be an issue with older posts getting necroed and then crapping up the posts feed, which is obviously in order of latest post.
To prevent this, I've set topics to auto-close 24 hours after the last post in a given topic. That way, if a discussion continues to run, the topic will stay open, however, people won't be able to resurrect dead threads and cause them to crap up the latest posts arena.
If this causes some kind of problem, we can deal with it, but I don't think it will. I just wanted to let you all know, so you don't get confused when you see topics auto-closed. Probably, you'll never see them auto-closed anyway, as they'll be all the way down the page by then.
