Hi Werner. I understand the purpose of your idea and see also the effort you put into it.
Marketing/propaganda is not targeting the mind/logical section in your mind. marketing is always tarketing your heart/emotional section of your brain. The goal is to come through the filter of the logical mind to create an emotion. It has to be one view and the targeting group has to understand whats meant. Try it and check modern campaigns.Did you ever see a print add with a ton of text? Did you ever see a brand sticker with a lot of text? Did you ever see a tv commercial with a lot of text to read? You will not find it. Look at this nivea print ad.
The only text you see is white is purity. Thats it. The message is clear. Everybody who wants to know more will start to search for more because he is intrigued. The person which you cant reach on an emotional level filters everything through the logical part of its brain and therefore you cant reach them. Every advertiser knows that these filter people are lost cause and very hard to reach. Another example. Check this out:

You can see a lot of things in that picture. Isis members, Yael (Ivanka) Kushner and a star of david. All bound together with the word foreign agent. nothing more.
The average time spend on printed advertisement (doesnt matter if its a sticker in the street, billboard ads or internet ads) is 1.4 seconds! In this time the average person will decide if its worth to look deeper into a subject or not. 1.4 seconds where its decided if your message is in the brain or out. And yes, a meme is also just a form of printed add.
Dont get me wrong I appreciate your work. I just want to help you to avoid absolute beginner problems. Advertisement / propaganda is nearly a own section of human science. Some basic rules exist and there is also stuff which they find from time to time which is new. Think about, they do research in that field since roughly 100 years. There is an enormous knowlege outside and books how to make good advertisement. Most people dont realize that.
If you want to know more and dont know where to beginn, a book I really recommend is

Propaganda from Edward Bernay. You can find it in the internet as pdf file. If not you can ask me. He is more or less one of the founders of modern marketing. But still its just a beginning and of course just if you are interested-
A good ad is a little bit like love. You cant talk someone into a relation. It just doesnt work. If you can create on the other side an emotion...your target is already yours.
