Just trying to 'posterise' the famous image of Hitler with deers... haven't figured out the whole posterising effect yet though.

I was very happy a couple of weeks ago read in my local paper that some "racists" posted "You Will Not Replace Us" flyers with a link to the Daily Stormer all over my (((town))). A lot of normies on the comments section were all "why is this racist? and what crime was committed?"

I made these flyers so that no threat could be construed from them. Are they raaaaayciss? Definitely. Violent? Not at all. You could probably post them without any worries.

I'm using PS CS3

Go to filters > sketch > torn edges

For the flyer i did i also used some brush strokes to fill some areas and stuff like that.

How about little stickers the size of your finger with pepe and dailystormer.com?

You could put these things anywhere and it wouldnt be as obvious until someone sees it and they would see it.

You could put these in random bathroom stalls and nobody would know

It's all user-submitted/designed. You'll see stuff from all ends of the spectrum on there. They just supply the materials.

In gimp there's a filter/plugin/whatever called posterize which let's you pick how many different colors are used in the image. I'd imagine that it takes some amount of luck/work to get a decent looking image with only 2 colors though. You'd have to manually touch-up the image.
