Of course we are. @Tfarm88 and I simply had a series of unfortunate events. Our intent was to be present at the BBQ. I feel comfortable speaking for both of us when I say we do our best to keep our word. I stated several times before when I would not be present and I won't commit to something I know is not possible. Either way, I will be clear on intent.

Don't take it so personal. You only missed one event. When I say it I say it so everyone can see because a lot of people flake multiple times.. But yeah food poisoning is pretty serious and I hope you are ok. I am in the process of starting some new jobs so you all will have to give me a week or two before I can propose something. If you guys want to set something up before that do so amongst yourselves and I will come if I can.

October 29th 8AM @whitestredbeard and I are doing a hike, starting at the Black Creek Lake campgrounds in the LBJ Grasslands. We would love to have some DFW Stormers join us. Expect a four hour hike, bring some water and snacks.

Right now I work from Friday - Monday until 5:30 pm. If you wanted to do something after that time on the weekend I can. I have a interview at another place tom so if they give me a job I will have more accommodating hours.

When you say north, how far north? We are meeting at my place this Sunday which is about an hour north of Fort Worth. But its probably not good for a first time meeting. I'm not paranoid or anything but my wife and kids live there.

Maybe we could find a restaurant halfway?

I am in Lewisville area, so probably not too far from you. Yeah dude I understand with the wife and kids need to take some precaution. Depending what time y'all were thinking of meeting, I can come out to restaraunt for introductions and hang out for a few. Sunday's are usually time for me and the ball and chain to spend some time together.
