CD Projekt Red had amazing character models in Witcher 3.

Funny thing is graphics are not even that important. Character design, soundtrack, script... everything is way better from The Witcher 3

It was great. To anybody curious, make sure you buy it on Gog though so all your shekels go to CD Project Red and Poland. If you buy it on Origin you're probably paying a bunch of greedy investors, and if you buy it on Steam you're allowing Gabe to donate even more money to the democratic party or at very least buy more Krispy Kremes.

Everything about Witcher 3 is perfect. Other than the occasional "Why the hell did you use igni on that candle? I want you to open that box!" bit.

Honestly, I like 8 more than 7.

"Indie game studio with 12 squatting slavs" is completely incorrect. CDProjekt is made rich by GoG, in the same way Valve is made rich by Steam. They never have to release another game, if they don't want to.

Not to diminish their accomplishment, it's a great game.

8 was always my favorite but I just feel like 7's story was more epic, I can't really remember the story of 8 even tho I beat the game 3 times.

I also liked 9 more than 7 growing up. Idk, I just feel like in retrospect, 7 was the best story.

I'm already resigned to the likelihood that the 7 remake is gonna suck as hard as 15 did or even worse.

I really liked 8's story because it was really character driven. Well, it focused on Squall, and not really any of the others.

I didn't really like any of the characters or story from 7. The Materia system was bretty gud though. It was fun messing around with just to get that badass ultimate weapon.

15's story is awesome, if you focus on the characters. The actual story is a broken, mangled piece of shit. Something about a war, I dunno. 15, by far, has the best character development, and if the ending doesn't bring a tear to your eye, you aren't human. Or you just don't care about vidya.

Just imagine the DLC shekels they're gonna wring out of it too. Not gonna lie though, I'd rather buy the Golden Chocobo than spend all that time fucking around with breeding them.

I only played it until right after the first time you fight the gigantic guy.

I just wasn't impressed. Not that I expected to be. 9 is the last FF that I even consider to have a good story.

Thing about 15 is the story is told in such a horrible way. It is discombobulated and fucked up. Something about a war, an oracle, and summons that you never get to summon.

If you play the game focusing on the 4 main dudes, it becomes much, much more enjoyable. Like you are joining these guys on a road trip.
