But, you would all be in it together. You would all be struggling together which would force you to act. Now, to be clear, this is not my decision.
But, if you are ever struggling, my husband will have your back and your wife is more than welcome to come over to my place to practice self-defense. We will can vegetables and sew things and our children can chase the chickens around or something. 
I understand that a house, right now, is important but we have to stop being so myopic about everything and start being a little more dependent on each other rather than on banks.
