I agree with some of the previous comments, but others, not so much.
Couple of basic tips, gut health is really important, it's literally your 2nd brain. There's a logical history to the phrase "always go with your gut".
There are billions of living organisms in your guts, keep them happy and you will be healthy. Ignore them, suffer the consequences.
If you don't already, look into probiotics and start taking one if you don't already. Also, if you don't already, try to eat really healthy, and by that I mean highest quality ingredients that you can afford. And get creative, look up videos on ways to get organics cheap. Eat organic as much as possible and as local as possible, spend more on food than you do on almost anything else, forget the fancy things and eat well. Eat at home as much as possible, learn to cook, even if you are lucky enough to get a trad lady who likes to cook, it's a great skill to have.
That's literally the cornerstone to health. But some tips for the issues: try whole 30, it's a combination cleanse and learning experience regarding healthy food. It's an elimination diet and that can help you figure out things to avoid in the future, and it's a great intro to whole food diets or like a pseudo Paleo diet.
Go to jewtube and watch this interview.
It's a great intro to a lot of stuff regarding health and diet and the medical industry. Very worth the time.
Second, check out some chick named organic Olivia. She has done some really great investigating different common parasites that invade humans regularly, she developed a natural cleanse that's not crazy expensive, and it's possible to do it cheaper if you are okay with a messier format.
That's the advice I have for you TL;DR
1) eat better
2) check for/kill parasites
3)probiotic/ eat fermented foods a lot
Watch that podcast. If you follow the advice in the interview, that alone will cure almost anything you could possibly have.
