The discussion goes to the root cause of the ills of White nations. The point is that SWJ-Liberalism is a form of Secular Christianity. They both distill down to to the idea that you have to turn "the other" into yourself. It's evangelism with a new godhead: equality.
Whereas missionaries went to Africa and Latin America to convert the savages and make them into good Christian Europeans with dark skin, SWJs do the same, but with a new faith that cannot be rebutted by any amount of logic or evidence. Also, virtue-signalers are the modern day equivalent of what the church called hypocrites: people who sat in the pews to look good amongst their peers.
In every White nation that has seen the decline of religion, you see the rise of SJW-Liberalism. It's not a coincidence, as they both feed on the same moralistic, egalitarian impulse that appears hardwired in many Whites.
As to your idea that reading the classics is intellectual masturbation, well it's like the allegory of Plato's cave: it's hard to describe the sun to someone who has never seen it. If you've never read the classics, nor studied ethics, you don't really understand politics beyond the superficial.
