Funding The Daily Stormer - Bitcoin & more!

Beyond advertising and merchandising, there have been a lot of ideas floated around for funding this website. Many of them are weird and some have been directly rejected by @weev or @AndrewAnglin.

Here are the weird ones -

• Set up a paywall or give preferential treatment for people who donate. Andrew Anglin is against both of these

• Set up proxy businesses that people can donate to, then forward the money to DS. Actually perform a service for legal reasons. Could be anything, or specifically alt right business. A fine idea! -

• Get state sponsorship from states like Iran or Russia. Seems like a bit unlikely. Would be funny though -

The idea that gets mentioned the most and seems the most realistic is to teach more DS users to use Bitcoin -

Honestly, I'm surprised by the amount of DS users who don't use Bitcoin. I recently got into Bitcoin myself, and it wasn't hard. But it was uninteresting enough for me to ignore for the past couple of years. I really think some kind of Daily Stormer-approved Bitcoin guide would resonate in this particular community.

It could be done in a few ways -

• Create a Bitcoin guide. It could be set up exactly like the guide to the alt-right that is pinned on the homepage. That's a classic!

• Make a list of DS recommended Bitcoin storage vendors, approved retailers, news sources and more. There are so many assholes out there. Its hard for a bitcoin neophyte to sift through.

• Maybe write a few posts about Bitcoin in the insight and world sections of the site. Making the Daily Stormer a Bitcoin site would be totally gay, but a few articles might not hurt. Check out the other Bitcoin "experts"!

I 100% agree. It's exactly the kind of boring thing that works. "Education" zzzzzz....

I think a FAQ from weev explaining why it's secure would help a lot. People can read about that all day, but they need to hear it from their own, especially weev.

Then up-to-date step by steps on using bit coin for various platforms.

(I'd volunteer but I'm not expert enough on bit coin and not a good communicator).

Also the price of Bitcoin has exploded in the past 8 months. Daily Stormers could have made money while they were donating to the world's best Nazi website ever.

All I want to do is type in 3 numbers of my card plus my name and then send money. I don't understand bit coin, i feel it would take ages to do plus I also feel a Russian or China man hacker is going to take it all if I use bit coin.

So yeah education would do the trick.
