I drank beer everyday for almost 3 years ....I was a Craft Bier fanatic....love the stuff...and it turned me into a piece of crap.
I am über healthy now and in killer shape....physically mentally and spiritually.....quitting alcohol was an absolute necessity.
Alcohol gets into your blood stream and strips fat from your blood cells which it needs as lubricant to provide oxygen to your neurons. Instead the blood cells stick together and cannot carry out their function...
The feeling of the alcohol high is the feeling of your neurons dying from suffocation. Alcohol also strips your body of nutrients like Vitamin B1 and others.
Alcoholics look like shit and are unhealthy and usually feel like crap all the time
Tobacco is also crap. I loved smoking but it turns you into an unhealthy piece of crap. I quite years ago.
I do cardio....and some weight lifting.... I dont overdo either...I don't really need to.
Over-lifting strains your ligaments and can cause all kinds of injures. I just lift/cardio enough to get the "high" and the feeling of power.
I am lifting all day at work anyway because I do a lot of manual labor with my business
I eat right. No sugar, lots of protein...mostly raw eggs and fish.
I love steak but it takes up to three days to digest in your guts
I do not over eat like I used to..... otherwise the body becomes a constant food digester....and it is not happy digesting massive quantities of food all the time....too sluggish.
And the fat in your stomach becomes an estrogen factory
I eat raw eggs (pasture raised the chickens get to run around on grass) and organic vegetable juice in the morning with a banana
Raw eggs are safe as long as the shell is clean and doesn't end up in the mix. Any bacteria will only be on a dirty shell particle
a decent lunch and an early dinner.....dont pack your guts with food before you go to bed.
I try to eat dinner before 8pm ....the earlier the better....give your body a chance to rest without having to digest food...you will sleep way better and wake up refreshed.
Sugar and carbohydrates from rice or potatoes in your bloodstream while you sleep will ruin your sleep and you will wake up feeling like shit .......a sugar hangover
I do a protein scoop with juice before bed.
Also....the best way to get a good nights sleep is to be active during the day and getting a lot of work done.
The more work you get done the better you will sleep.
Work six days a week and take one day off to rest....and on your day off really get rest and get some exercise too
Also get in the Sun a few hours a day....the human body is tuned into the Sun cycle over millions of years.
If you work a graveyard job get off of it and work normal daytime hours so that you will be in alignment with nature and the solar system
