The way its supposed to work is each State forms bookclubs broke down by City and one dude for each city's bookclub will be the head coordinator, he's in charge of vetting the guys that want to come and hangout. It seems like a pretty good system but WV is small and never has anything, regardless of what it is. I've been trying to count the guys we have and we don't have many. Like I said, with this State being small both area wise and population wise, and with West Virginians not having a history of organizing for things outside the UMWA, it makes sense for us to just have our own little WV bookclub for all of us. That way we don't just make 10 different ones all with just one guy in it. We can still go to irl hangouts with Stormers in other States if they're closer but we still need some form of bookclub for ourselves. The fact that we have other West Virginians here is very rare and we should be proactive and try not to waste it. West Virginians are fiercely loyal to each other and if we both believe this stuff on top of it than we owe it to ourselves to experience camaraderie between each other. Not only that but if you're really a West Virginia guy than you know we always complain that our State doesn't have anything when all the other States are doing something cool, you know we always complain about that. Right now we have the chance to establish something for ourselves, we can put in a little effort and make something for Wv or we can just bitch that we don't never have nothing. We don't even have to hangout all the time in the beginning, we can just establish a network, talk once in awhile, and post important or interesting things about our State on our own bookclub thread. At the same time we can hang with the other States if we need to, but we owe it to ourselves and each other to at least know each other in some capacity.
With the rules we need our bookclub to be identified by city. What we can do is make one bookclub with the city identifier being any city we choose, we can use our biggest city or just use this one. The city itself won't matter because its just for formalities so we'll tell every WV Stormer that we know of that this is really a bookclub for the whole State and we'll tell them all to track it. If we see a new guy show up and try to start a new one we'll explain the situation about there not being many of us and direct him to our State central bookclub. As we get going and decide we want to hangout we can nominate one of ourselves to be the official coordinator, he can plan hangout spots and vett people to make sure they aren't gonna show up and be a nigger or something. Whenever it comes to hanging out we can find a place in our State that's reasonable for everyone and we can all just drive to it and hangout, this State isn't big, I can go from Morgantown to Charleston in like an hr and a half, no big deal.
