Yes, I saw that too. I hate to hear that. Weev got chewed up by a meat grinder.

Not convinced by your second point, seems to be the parroted line of the day. Ethereum was an uncapped ICO, so there goes your point. I kind of have to buy in though, just to hedge against the remote possibility that it would suddenly become more popular than ETH.

ICO is to raise outside money for the project before release.

Its uncapped so they can capitalize on the excitement of the market and squeeze every drop out of as many people as possible.
