I don't like it.

It should be large to small... e.g.

Universe -> Cluster -> Galaxy -> Galactic Sector -> Star System -> Planet -> Continent -> Country -> State -> County -> Town -> Street -> Building -> Floor -> Room -> Desk -> Chair

Or to be less pedantic:
Country -> State -> County -> Town

Having "County -> State" is annoying and backwards.

This is my head when I see that:

I cannot even finish this post because my head keeps exploding.

It's the same thing with the date format, imperial units, calling cars weird old words like vee-hickles and stratifying every European country in terms of perceived coolness with places Scotland (Braveheart), Norway (Vikangs) and Italy (luxury goods) at the top and England (bad teeth), France (lost wars) and Germany (women with hairy armpits) at the bottom.

America goes out of it's way to get on everyone's tits and they know it.
