Twin Falls is near Boisie. The shame of Idaho along with sun valley. Pretty much every state has one or two. Up in the Coeur 'D Alene/Post Falls area it's a nice combination of good folks, and year round tourism to provide jobs. You can live a fairly decent little life with the reduced cost of living. Something that has almost entirely disappeared in Minnesota.
Two of the guys in my tribe are in highly technical positions in the computer industry, but the cost of living is killing them here. Our high taxes (which fuels our massive gibs and "criminal justice" systems) and high property values in any area with a decent commute completely negate any advantages they have. I'm unskilled labor and with all the spics, niggers, and other assorted trash have a problem getting hired anywhere because being White employers don't get the tax credit they receive for hiring muds, or felons. I've literally been told flat out that if I had a felony on my record it would improve my prospects better than having a good work record. It makes no sense to stay if I can't make a living being a good person with a work ethic.
