One thing that ticks me off is how so many motorcycle riders will spend thousands on aftermarket pipes, chrome doodads, but have the cheapest riding gear, if any gear at all.
I saw a fatal accident last year. I was sitting at a stoplight and I saw a middle aged White guy riding a full Harley dresser. He wasn't wearing a helmet, gloves, jacket, or boots. In fact he had on short pants and a t-shirt. Just as I was thinking to myself I'd hate to be him if he got into a crash some dumb woman in a mini-van T-boned him.
I called 9-11 then parked my car for about an hour because it was so upsetting I didn't want to drive.

The feels are same.

It annoys the piss out of me when guys spend fuck tons of money on shit to make more power but cant even come close to riding the bike hard in its stock form. Its just stupid.

I cant get started on gear. I hardly ever throw my leg over without at least, helmet, boots, jeans, leather jacket and good gloves. Its not expensive to buy protective gear.

My jacket is Power Rangers lvl 10, zip the pants to it and its a full in Power Rangers suit. Lol. Looks dumb as fuck but i wear it.

I was right at 40,000 when it blew. I've seen people on some forums reaching 60,000 on the Ninja ZXRs which is crazy to me. I'm sure I could have gotten another 10,000 out of it but I really rode it hard on the road trip and wasn't changing the oil as often as I should have. Oh well. It was pretty damn cheap.

Thats a ton of miles considering the RPM those 4's turn even cruising speed. 4-5k for hours at a time. 40k is a lot of miles on anything except a gold wing. Haha

My dad had one of those when I was a kid. 10 or 11 yrs old .I rode a cr80, Pop had the 500. My friends and I were scared of that bike. It was a beast!
