I did a 4 day water fast a couple of weeks ago. You just drink water. It is good to renew the immune system and clean your stomach out.
Then I went over to having two eggs, fried in olive oil, with a little garlic pickle for breakfast and dinner. I had no lunch. It was easy. I burned fat like when I was on a water fast. Because I had ate the eggs (protein) I was not hungry. Very easy to follow this diet.
Do you guys think that stew is paleo? I get tough meat in the local market. I had that chopped up and pressure cooked with potatoes, carrots, other vegetables and some spices. I am thinking of living off that and the occasional salad for a while.
