Apologies for any double posting...I'm trying to find out who said this quote...I think the quote could have originally been attributed to Albert Speer or Goebbels, and I think he was talking about Africans...the quote says something along the lines of, "always remember that they aren't the same as us. They have to be treated the same way that a father would treat a child."
Anybody got any idea who said it?
