I'm from the south, but I'm interested in going to the inauguration. I was hoping to find some like minded, New Republicans to meet, have drinks with and socialize.
I DO NOT want to start trouble, but my background is to be prepared, and capable of protecting myself or others. I also think there's a reasonable chance paid Antifa will cause trouble. I know professionally that D.C. turns into a police state for events like this, but as we've all seen, police can have curiously slow reaction times for political reasons.
I can also be frank on these boards. D.C. Metro cops are almost all incompetent, and fat googles. I like the idea that we, and other white men can send a message to normies and enemies alike, that WE will protect our allies even when the state won't.
I don't intend to do anything attention seeking at the inauguration. I just want to be their and enjoy the victory, but be prepared if need be. However, I would like to take some signs and IRL troll this Cernovich, Alt-Cuck, Deploraball event. I could do this alone, but a group would be more fun. I also have 0 desire to get jumped or take a brick to the back of the head.
