No, anti-virals don't work on rabies. Neither does anything else, once the infection reaches the nervous system. If you catch the virus, you have to immediately get the rabies vaccine and some anti-rabies shots (serum with antibodies against rabies). Either that, or you will die if you wait for too long. From what I see the Chinese are the new Americans: loud and with more money than good sense. What amazes me is their drive to visit literally everywhere.
