It’s crazy how fast fasting works. There’s nothing more satisfying than when you wake up and look in the mirror, and you’re noticeably more toned than the day before.
so if I eat the same less then 2000 calories a day in 1 meal , over a period of 1 hour at say half 3 in afternoon after a work out.
your convinced this is much better for lowering body fat ?
