I live in West Philly. It's cheap, but I'm between two mosques, so there's plenty of screaming near-human children on my block. Good takeout options here.

There's a bunch of Whites, but they're all pretty pathetic to behold. Lots of attractive women however...but due to the culture they tend to have weird emotional issues. I really want to move to a nice outskirt, but I'm not very familiar with them. I lived on Ridge Ave in Roxborough 6 years ago, but there was still a semi-ghetto feel to it.

I think the really White enclaves are Fishtown and Old City, but again...they're a bit hard to respect. I'm only here because my friends are, and I don't have a good enough lead on a better place to move to yet.

If we go, we could book a hotel. A day trip might be a headache. We also don't have to stay in 90% black DC. Arlington is nice and white and just a a short distance away. If we want to book hotels, we should get on it.

Fishtown used to be a white enclave until everyone here got gentrification fever. The kinda neighborhood you could raise kids in.
There are no families there anymore and all the kids that go to school there are practically from other neighborhoods. Plenty of dogs walking their pets.
Now there's a bunch of people with white skin that live there but no "white" people anymore.

You'll have to be more specific about what you mean when you ask if its like NYC.
Some parts of the city are tolerable for a white man.

Hey guys I haven't been on here in a while because of family/work reasons, but last time I was alot of guys were working out a get together.
