It's pure torture. Anyone wanting to quit should slowly wean. For me, the worst was back and forth between heart palpitations and low blood pressure for weeks. If someone doesn't know what this is they might think they were going to die of a heart attack or their heart was going to stop. Add to that insomnia and jolting wide awake after finally being able to ignore palpitations long enough to fall asleep on my back or right side because that was the only almost bearable position to rest in. This also went on for weeks. I looked like I aged 5 years from the lack of sleep.
