The books of Ezra and Nehemiah have major themes of racial reforms, up to the expulsion of mixed race children and foreign wives from the nation. Nehemiah, being the governor, reminds me a lot of Hitler as a racial reformer. At one point he was going around grabbing the nobles by the hair and making them swear not to give their daughters to non-whites and to swear not to take non-whites as wives. Also worth noting he didn't waste time on disgusting mudsharks he went right to the men responsible.
The racial reforms worked and, up until the time right before Jesus, remained in place.
