Well, tbh, I can't be bothered typing out a detailed reply as to why the responses were favourable - "nervous giggling" a euphemism for surprise, confusion and confusion at interest. Perhaps a little bit like De Bono's method of Lateral thinking...the angle that the concept was coming in at them, worked.
It's a great meme and obviously the hardest edges of it are necessary to give it traction. It isn't devoid of satirical elements, too, eh?
Stop and think about it, conceptually, for a minute...and ask yourself, instead of blanket condemnation, reasons why the use of the word "sharia" is an astute move.
That way, you might begin to better fathom it.
