Question for Android geeks WTF is this Google process?

My computer exposure dates back to when anything Linux based was "open source". When the Android OS was announced I told myself "oh shit". Now searching for hard info on Google services seems to be a frustrating experience, and I'm not alone. The tech answerbots always seem to respond to questions concerning pre-installed apps running in the background with "oh you better leave that alone etc". I think it's a bunch of hogwash. Anyway why the fuck does Google Play and all these other uploading info spying bs apps need to run in order to allow my phone to access the internet? If more details concerning the apps in question are desired I'll provide them (i.e. undermote messaging which kills my bandwidth). For the moment here is the main culprit. Maybe I'll try finding a phone I can root and delete this garbage from.

Limit google play store for only when on wifi, and stay off of wifi.

Google play services is needed for apps like Gmail and the google search bar/widget and some other things. You can shut it down but you wont have gmail and other things and your phone might not work correctly.

Get one of these:

A prepaid one, and register it under a different name. Preferably a jewish one or a nigger or mestizo one. That way they will overlook you.

You can pay cash for it and for as long as cash in society you will be fine when refilling it.

And stay off of social networking. Dont use google browser, dont go to google search, and stop using Gmail.

I could tell you horror stories from the time I used a static IP cable router. Was targeted and nothing could stop it. No software firewall, no router, not even Tor (though it did work for a few weeks). Had a pile of hdds and motherboards till I said enough. Am willing to use a smart phone because the cost is much lower.

if you want to access the internet without spying taking place, use a linux based system. Go stay in a cheap motel that has wifi. Get the passcode, as most cheap hotels dont give a fuck about changing or updating the passcode. Park outside of a room and voila.

You can also use any free wifi from Chik Fil A, Wendys, McDonalds, Burger King.

Worried about parking at night and getting harassed by the police? Go during the day! Most of those places have no cameras outside.

Still worried about going during the day? Wear a disguise, grow out a beard..etc etc.

You cant fucking tell me that you can't surf without any spying taking place.

I know about IP addresses. Trust me, if the feds were trying to track you that bad that they are trying to figure out what time and day you accessed an IP address in a free WIFI place then you've got bigger fish to fry and this is the least of your problems.

Pro tip: Always cover your android smartphone's selfie camera with ductape. Cover the back camera as well, it's known fact that there are some Spyware in apps which take pictures of you and record you in the background without your permission and upload it to their server.

You can install it without root and without the GApps packages.

It's a fork of cyanogenmod after cyanogen called it quits. But as far as I knew it still requires root. I haven't used it myself. Still running Cm.

It doesn't require root, just unlocked bootloader. If you like CM, you'll like LineageOS a lot more. It has the latest security patches from upstream too.
