Raspberry Pi - Project Ideas

Okay folks so I have been turned onto the Raspberry Pi 3 Mod B and I have considered not only making a TOR VPN Router but also:

A Pi Ad Blocker w/ a Pi Zero to hook my phone up to the system

A Raspberry Pi PS2 Gaming system (preferrably w/o having to fuse RPis together in series)

Any input is welcome.

A Pi Hole is pretty cool, and fits in with your raspi ad blocker. I myself did this and it's pretty cool.

I've been interested myself in robotics, specifically robotics for gardening to undermine the US dependency on burrito-beings and Make America White Again:

Some people have had success with SDR - software defined radio, though - and the dongles are quite cheap:

Only downside is that you need to be an amateur radio operator.

I have a book called "Raspberry Pi Projects for the Evil Genius". One of the projects involves connecting a Nintendo Wii remote using bluetooth and receiving binary strings that represent which combination of buttons are being pressed down. It's a remote control car project. Fun stuff.

That RPi model can't emulate anything newer than N64 (inclusive) due to hardware limitations.

I've got one of the older ones and I just put a XBMC-type video program on there and use it to watch things I've downloaded. It does it's job decently.

Any one thought of making a piratebox https://piratebox.cc/ and putting in urban area. That has a file server with literature and a webserver that has info about the cause. Then possible make a game of it. Target schools etc.

I would rather suggest a common router with OpenWRT installed on it. Get's the job better done than a crappy Pi.

If you are going to buy a router buy one with at least 8MB flash, better 16MB. For example the GL-AR150 is a great choice.

Way to expensive and bulky if you aren't receiving blood money from Soros.

Get you hands on the ESP8266, you can get those modules for less than 4$ and they have everything on board (for example NodeMCU). Just plug the cable into a power-bank or PC and there's the server spreading you message. With a proper power source you can run them for days from just a few batteries.
