The NOOBS card has OSMC. OSMC is a Debian-based system built around KODI. However, KODI by itself kind of SUCKS. The big reason people use KODI is for the borderline-illegal third-party addons. One that was popular for a while was one called SUperRepo but it seemed to not work right the last time I tried it. I think they might have been shoah'd. So I moved to the second-popular TV Addons. I installed it, used a USB keyboard as a remote, and connected the audio to my stereo system. BOOM! 4K Das Boot on a 100 Inch projection with high-fidelity surround sound for free. Also got television streams and shit. You can also get a PC TV Tuner and get OTA broadcasts.
When looking up information on it you should look up information for Kodi rather than OSMC, since Kodi is what you're actually using. (NOTE: Kodi was formarlly known as XBMC). OSMC is on the NOOBS card and the one I use so it's what I like.
