Or at least be able to subscribe to threads (if you can i dont know how). Or any sort of way you dont need to sift through several pages of stuff to find a certain thread, user or post.

Bookmark a thread to change the status from Normal to Watching. In the latter case, you'll receive notifications (up in the top right corner where your user account picture is) when there is a new post in the thread.
