So I'm okay with meeting up to eat lunch or something, but in the future I think we could figure out a way to meet somewhere we don't have to pay money, like starbucks and just sit outside and hang.. I don't want people to feel like they have to spend money to meet up with bros

So you mentioned Starbucks. The closest one to my place is over near 71st and Memorial. I'd be down for that. I also live right by LaFortune park if you want to go that route.
