Up at 5 am, a full hour before my son. Read for a bit. Spent the morning with him.
Gym: heavy squats and volume deads. Pulled sumo again today, 3x12 @70% of my max. It's supposed to be slower off the floor and easier at lockout, but it feel s just the opposite for me. Off the floor is my conventional DL weak point.
Wife got called in to work, so I spent the fest of the day and evening home with my boy. I relish the days when he and I get so much time together, we have fun. We listened to "Doom Side of the Moon" over dinner. Could be better, but it's worth a listen.
