I'm still trying to lose mass. Started getting fit a little over a year ago. Was 192 lbs of sloppy weakness. Lifted, ran and cut to 165 lb spooky skeleton. Lifted and bulked to 205 lbs of fat-strong. Cut this year to 169.8 as of this morning. Shooting for 165 lbs at 6'0 before eating like a person again.
In my 40s. Never been this lean before. Six pack and inguinal V is popping. Stronger than I've ever been, conditioning is fierce. Want to hit 10% body fat before bulking again.
I do incline barbell one day, and incline dumbbells another, both after flat barbell and barbell ohp, respectively. Been doing no other anterior deltoid assistance work besides light machine overhead. Cables make my shoulders feel like ass. I'll try adding lateral delt assistance and see where it takes me.
