Google has finally proven than men and women are exactly the same by firing the White Sharia Prophet MADMAN who dared to suggest that men and women are not exactly the same.
"A senior software engineer reportedly has been fired by Google after a memo he wrote criticizing diversity initiatives was leaked and sparked protests on social media.
The 3,300-word document that has been shared across Google's internal networks says "biological causes" are part of the reason women aren't represented equally in its tech departments and leadership. The senior engineer also cited "men's higher drive for status."

Another software engineer who used to work for Google, Kelly Ellis, says some women who still work at the company stayed home on Monday because the memo made them "uncomfortable going back to work."
If a man stayed home because he was uncomfortable, he would be fired. And rightly so.
But these thots do it and today's accepted wisdom is like, "Well, of course she should just sit at home and eat ice cream for at least a day because there is a man working for the same corporation who has a different opinion than she does."
I mean, that is literally what NPR is implying is okay and good.
And the next day, she will literally go into work complaining about how the patriarchy is unconsciously and systematically oppressing her.

Now, Bloomberg and Reuters report the memo was written by James Damore and Google has fired him for "perpetuating gender stereotypes." The news services say Damore confirmed the dismissal by email.
You would think that NPR would have some type of passing comment about how this man just lost his career for speaking up about total insanity.
However, if you thought that, you would be wrong, because the entire "news article" is some poorly crafted propaganda hit-piece on da ebil patriarchy and the glories of diversity.
Danielle Brown, Google's vice president of diversity sent out a company-wide memo in response to the document. She stated, "Diversity and inclusion are a fundamental part of our values and the culture we continue to cultivate. We are unequivocal in our belief that diversity and inclusion are critical to our success as a company."
According to Brown, Ari Balogh, a vice president in engineering who heads the department in which the employee works, wrote a note in response to the "manifesto" in which Balogh stressed the importance of Google being open and inclusive. He wrote, "We cannot allow stereotyping and harmful assumptions to play any part."
Okay, so Google is going to be inclusive and diverse unless you think differently than they do in which case you are going to get fired? Sounds pretty exclusionary and intolerant to me.

The funny thing is that Google is, for obvious reasons, keeping the niggers and spics far, far away from itself.
In April, a Department of Labor official accused Google of practicing "systemic" discrimination against female employees.
Google maintains an online graphic of its employee demographics; here's the current breakdown:

Women hold 20 percent of technology jobs
Overall, 31 percent of Google's employees are female
56 percent of employees are white; 35 percent are Asian
4 percent are Hispanic, 4 percent are mixed-race, and 2 percent are black

Actually, I kinda like Google now. Google's demographics are sorta like watching an episode of The Man in the High Castle, but with levels of hypocrisy that just shouldn't even be possible.

All while preaching how inclusive and diverse they are. You would expect NPR to tear Google a new asshole for basically being a hidden outpost of the Axis Powers in the heart of Silicon Valley.

Somehow, the (usually) racially sensitive NPR writers manages to overlook the glaring fact that Google is basically whipping slaves, gassing kikes, and throwing up Roman salutes.
I'm guessing NPR writers and editors have orders not to go within a thousand miles of human biological diversity and are just (correctly) assuming that their white liberal audience is too soulless and stupid to do any critical thinking.
Instead, yeah, they just cohencidentally move on to some comments by, you guessed it, a SJW Jew.
Another engineer, Yonatan Zunger, who recently left Google, wrote an essay in which he explored three main reactions to the post. From that essay:
(1) Despite speaking very authoritatively, the author does not appear to understand gender.
(2) Perhaps more interestingly, the author does not appear to understand engineering.
(3) And most seriously, the author does not appear to understand the consequences of what he wrote, either for others or himself.
Who goes on to blah blah blah Jew-blame and blah blah blah Jew-shame the PROPHET OF WHITE SHARIA OWNER OF 6 MILLION WOOD-CHIPPERS MADMAN SQUARED HONORARY ALPHA JAMES DAMORE.
