One gem is that at least the Wesearcher site has actually allowed finally the thumbnail clip of Gersh being 'slain' by the Anglin to show up on it's index page.

If the suit fails because he cannot be located then what is he going to do with the money that was donated to fund his legal case? The honourable thing to do is to turn up to that case and fight it-if he is convinced that right is on his side or give the money back to the people who donated it.

It would be dishonourable as the purpose of the fund raising is to fight the law suit. He has nothing to lose so he should do the right thing and turn up.

Well that is beside the point. I believe that there are strict rules about how funds are used in cases of fund raising and the right, the legal and the honourable thing to do is to attend the trial and fight the case or return all the funds to the donors to do with as THEY wish. If he had no intention of showing up then he should not have appealed for funds.

There are two issues here:-

Money raised for a specific purpose should be used for that purpose or there can be serious repercussions.
If he had no intention of allowing those papers to be served then why solicit donations? It does not make sense. His only and right course of action is to meet his opponent in court and use the funds raised by generous supporters to fight the case. It is not his money to do with as he pleases-it is the donors.

I believe one can lose by default. He has already admitted to knowing it is happening, and taking money for lawyer fees. so has a responsibility to show up, or whatever they're suing for, they'll be awarded. Collecting would be yet another thing. Does he really want to lose his freedom over this botch jew?
All the evidence is in his favor. He will win, and must!
I think even a 1st year law student could win this.

I don't care if Anglin takes a month long vacation to the destination of his choice with the money. He came up with the formula and gave it to us for nothing.
