And this is why he should attend and put the entire matter to rest as on the surface he appears to have a strong enough case and stands a 60-40 chance of winning in my opinion. Running away and hiding does not look good and will be the subject of yet more criticism. He needs to man up and face his accusers or he should never have solicited donations to begin with. This is other people's money, not his.

As an attorney I can tell you that if you can win a case on procedural grounds rather than on the merits you do it. Not getting served is winning on procedural grounds. Andre can keep my money . I know he will put it to good use for this site and for 1488.
