ex military/expertise in ability testing (red-pilled me). tests predict equally well for all groups. tests are NOT biased. low scores predict poor outcomes, no matter what group. groups have different means & overlapping normal curves. pozzed media-education-advertising complex teaches people tests don't predict well (wrong!) tests predict school performance & everything else: job performance, health, longevity... IQ is highly genetic. blacks are lower ability, on average. that's why they do poorly in every country! there are a few smart ones, not many. IQ tests predict job performance but can't be used by employers, b/c blacks do poorly (& do poorly on the job). idiotic disparate impact laws mean you can't use highly predictive tests for employment - b/c blacks are stupid! affirmative action jackson is a travesty & is legal discrimination against whites. the jewed up court system & the jewed up pozzed liberal american bar association prevent common sense from happening so as to make things "fair" for idiot chimp garboons!
